ON THE ROAD AGAIN
Hello, it has been awhile since I have posted a new blog. Life gets busy at times.
Valentine's Day was incredible at our home!!! Da Prince spoiled me with love and sweets. I spoiled him with love and chocolates, and cooked him Steak and Scallops and Prawns. YUMMIE!!!
On the weekend, we headed to B.C. We drove to Kelowna Saturday, February 17th. Grabbed a few hours sleep, then headed to Richmond.
In Richmond, on Sunday, February 18th, we went to THE BIG "G" 6th birthday party. Had a blast with our family. Had fun with the new toys The BIG G got as presents. Dawn prepared an incredible feast for the birthday party. THANK YOU for feeding us such good food!!!
If you are ever in Richmond, Langley area, you MUST stop by Ocean Park Restaurant. They have thick thick loaded pizzas and amazing Greek food. We indulged in a loaded Ocean Park Pizza. It tasted good for breakfast the next day too!!
One other place you MUST stop by and shop at is Langley Dutch Deli. I bought Dutch Droppie Candies and Gouda Cumin Cheese. OH so good!!!
On Monday, I had some time to spare while Da Prince was meeting with clients. I ended up shopping and buying two Baby Pink Leather Coats. I will post a pic of the new coats soon.
I was booked to fly back to Calgary, Monday, February 19th @ 7:30 pm from the Abbotsford Airport. At 5:30 pm we hopped into our vehicle and headed towards Abbotsford. The plan was to stop and grab a bite to eat and then check in at the airport.
Often, life throws a curve into the best organized plans. And we sure did get hit with a curve ball.
We were stopped at a red light and all of a sudden rear-ended by a large truck. It sounded like the vehicle that ploughed into us was coming in through the trunk. When the crash was finally over, we hopped out of our vehicle and checked over the scene of the crime.
Three car pile up. A Honda driven by a(non speaking English) man forgot to stop and ploughed into the back end of a 3/4 ton truck. The truck acclerated forward and ploughed into us.
Ended up in Vancouver hospital to be examined.(The worst experience I have ever had at a hospital). Da Prince has soft tissue injuries, whiplash, headaches and a sore knee. I have soft tissue injuries, whiplash, headaches and an injured/inflamed abdomen. On Friday, February 23rd, I will go see my family doctor and request a CT Scan for my tummy injury.

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY
Love is in the air. Cupid is working over-time today.
